Hi, I’m Zohar — a multidisciplinary artist.
My journey in photography began in 2017, when I first picked up a digital camera and started capturing the world around me.
What drew me then was the search for small moments of beauty — isolating elements, shaping them into new compositions, and creating images that open the heart, stir emotion, and invite us into another atmosphere.
In 2020, I discovered film photography. In a fast-paced, noisy world, I longed for a slower, more attentive process — one that invited presence and aligned with the pace of life I truly wanted. I quickly fell in love with the nostalgic, hypnotic look of film: its soft grain and distinct color palette.
But more than that, it gave me the space to create calm. There was no need to rush or chase the perfect image; I could remain in the moment after the shutter click and let the experience itself become part of the art.
The photographs presented here are the result of a slow, five-year journey across my travels around the world. Each image was carefully selected and edited with the intention of offering something meaningful to those who choose to bring them into their space — beautiful and inspiring moments of life itself.
Thank you for being here :)
